Senior Home Work Project   

                                                                 

 

Naugatuck Senior Citizens – Need help around the house?

The Mayor’s Community Initiative, in conjunction with the Elks Club, has a program called The Senior Home Work Project that can assist you with the following chores:

 

Including but not limited to:

 

·        Fix Leaky Faucets

·        Change screens or storm windows

·        Remove or install window air conditioners

·        Clean debris from gutters – first floor only

·        Minor exterior or interior repair

·        Change light bulbs – energy efficient

·        Security and energy efficient inspection of home

·        General yard maintenance

·        Smoke detector inspection or replacement

                        

This is a free service to all qualifying Naugatuck Senior Citizens

 

To pick up an application to register for this program, please visit the Mayor’s office in the Town Hall, Senior Center and Elks Club or on the Borough of Naugatuck website at NAUGATUCK-CT.GOV
