
The Registrar's Office conducts regular business hours to register voters.
In addition to attending state conferences to become informed of changes in
the election laws, the registrar's hold an annual registration drive at
Naugatuck High school. they are responsible for registering voters, have
petitions available and verify same; appoint primary and election officials,
provide voting machines and equipment; maintain and supply polling places;
file statistics where and when required; conduct special registration
sessions; supervise absentee balloting in group homes, etc.; supervise
record keeping and registry lists. the Registrar's office conducts regular
business hours.
To register to vote in Naugatuck, one must be 18 years of age or older, a
U.S. citizen and a resident.
