The Public Works
Department guide, appearing above as a PDF file,
gives Naugatuck residents a complete and
comprehensive informational guide to the operations
of this department. Public Works is responsible for
a variety of tasks, divided into two
sub-departments: Road Maintenance and
Sanitation/Recycling.
The Naugatuck Street Commission meets the fourth
Wednesday of each month, at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall.
The Commission, chaired by Mr. John Ford, oversees
the Public Works Department and acts as a sounding
board for citizen complaints.
