Public Comment or Testimony can be accepted via email in written form at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.

MEETING AGENDA

Please be advised that the Zoning Commission Meeting scheduled on Wednesday October 16, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the Zoning Commission Members and Applicants in the Naugatuck Town Hall, 4th Floor, Hall of Burgesses, 229 Church St. The meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend.

 

1.   Call to order, pledge of allegiance and attendance will be taken. After determination of a quorum, Alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.

 

2.    Approval of the September 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes and the secretary will sign previously approved minutes.


PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

PUBLIC HEARING: 6:10 P.M. – Special Permit Application for a proposed Residential/Commercial Development for the property located at 90 Old Firehouse Rd., Applicant; Pennrose Properties, LLC.

Public hearing opens 10/16/24 must close by 11/20/24 unless an extension is requested by applicant.

  1. Commission vote to correct the dollar amount for the Bond Release for 30 William Rado Dr. to $14,000, Applicant; Sedonna Group, LLC.

     

  2. Commission discussion/decision for a Special Permit Application for Phase 2 Residential/Commercial mixed-use development for the Property located at 90 Old Firehouse Rd., Applicant; Pennrose Properties, LLC.

     

  3. Commission discussion/decision for the Architectural Review Approval for Phase 2 Residential/Commercial mixed-use development for the property located at 90 Old Firehouse Rd., Applicant; Pennrose Properties, LLC.

     

  4.
