The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment/Testimony can be accepted via email at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.

1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the November 26, 2024 meeting minutes.
3. The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.
6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2063 - Applicant will seek a variance Sec. 24 Schedule B Sec. 5.1 Front Street Setback for the property located at 10 East Waterbury RD., Applicant: Pinto Capital Group, LLC.
