The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment or Testimony can be accepted via email in written form at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.

2.    Approval of the February 15, 2023 Meeting Minutes and the secretary will sign previously approved minutes.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

PUBLIC HEARING: 6:05 P.M. – for a Special Permit Application for a proposed Cannabis Retail Establishment for the property located at 585 South Main St., Applicant; Verano Holdings, LLC.

Public hearing opens 3/15/23 must close by 4/19/23 unless an extension is requested by applicant.

3.    OLD BUSINESS:

1. Commission discussion/decision for a Special Permit Application for a proposed Cannabis Retail Establishment for the property located at 585 South Main St., Applicant; Verano Holdings, LLC.

4.     NEW BUSINESS:

1. Commission discussion/decision for a Site Plan Approval for a tree clearing and stump removal process for the property located at 30 William C Rado Dr., Applicant; Borghesi Building and Engineering Co. Inc.

    

2. Accept the Special Permit Application, refer to Planning Commission and set a Public Hearing date for 6:10 PM on April 19, 2023 for a Commercial Restaurant with Drive thru and Retail Building for the property located at 112 Bridge St., Applicant: Berlin RE Development, LLC.

    

3. Commission discussion for potential commercial business at 67 Rubber Ave.
