- Commission discussion/decision for the Special Permit Application for a Contractor’s Yard for the property located at 1334 New Haven Rd.., Applicant; Ramos Affordable Construction, LLC.
- Commission discussion/decision for a Site Plan Application for a 41,600 SF Contractors Building for the Property located at Lot 11 280 Elm St Industrial Park, Applicant; Grand Realty, LLC.
Commission must vote by 9/20/24 unless an extension is requested by applicant.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
- Commission discussion/decision for a requested Cash Bond Release for the clearing activity for the property located at 30 William Rado Dr., Applicant; Sedona Group, LLC.
- Accept a Special Permit Application, refer to the Planning Commission and set a Public Hearing date for Wednesday September 18, 2024 at 6:10 PM for a proposed residential/commercial building for the property located at 90 Old Firehouse Rd., Applicant; Pennrose Properties, LLC
- Commission discussion/decision to approve and extend the Site Plan Fox Hollow Silver Ridge Development, Applicant; Girard Tunney.
- Commission discussion/decision for a Soil and Erosion Plan for the property located at 189 Allerton Road, Applicant; Silva Flores and Jose Mesias.
- Commission discussion/decision for a Site Plan Modification for the proposed Splash Pad/Playground for the property located at Hop Brook School Crown St., Applicant; Borough of Naugatuck.

The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment or Testimony can be accepted via email in written form at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.
