Please be advised that the Zoning Commission Meeting scheduled on Thursday September 7, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the Zoning Commission Members and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4^th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St. The meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend.

MEETING AGENDA

1.   Call to order, pledge of allegiance and attendance will be taken. After determination of a quorum, Alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.

2.    Approval of the August 16, 2023 Meeting Minutes and the secretary will sign previously approved minutes.

Cont’d PUBLIC HEARING: 6:10 P.M. – for a proposed Solar Panel Array for the property located at 211 Spring St., Applicant; Borough of Naugatuck.

Public hearing opens 8/16/23 No end date as a Borough of Naugatuck Application.
