The opening day at Hop Brook Golf Course will start at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Opening ceremonies on the first tee will include tee shots by Mayor Robert A. Mezzo, local politicians, PGA head golf pro Bob Clark and Pat Corbett, chairman of the Hop Brook Golf Course Commission. Memberships for the nine-hole public golf course are now being accepted at the pro shop at the golf course.
