FOR THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF
ORDINANCE #133 – WATER MAIN EXTENSION AND ASSESSMENT
There will be a Public Hearing held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. via web conference
for the purpose of considering the proposed adoption of Ordinance #133, Water Main
Extension and Assessment, Section 19-17 in Article II. Water, Chapter 19, Utilities hereby
creating a new §§ 19-18 – 19-40 Reserved of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of
Naugatuck.
