Veolia Water North America – Northeast, the company providing operations and maintenance services for the Naugatuck Wastewater Treatment Facility, wants to remind citizens of an odor hotline available on a 24/7 basis.

Any citizen with an odor complaint who believes the odor could have emanated from the Naugatuck facility (located at 500 Cherry St, Naugatuck CT 06770), should contact Veolia Water at 888-682-1433 or 723-1433.  With either number, if you do not reach someone, please leave a detailed message at Extension 2001.  Your inquiry will be promptly addressed.
