  7. New Business:

     

     

    • Discussion with respect to 3 Bids received for GBLI paving and parking renovations: Bidders were as follows: Dayton Construction of Watertown, CT: $596,500.00, B&W Paving of Oakdale CT:$515,000.00 and Complete, LLC of Oakville, CT: $498,001.00.

     

    • Role call vote to approve Proposed Resolution #336 – Approval of Award and Signing of Contracts with Complete, LLC for George B. Lewis I Paving and Parking Renovations.

     

    1. Installation of Apartment Heating Upgrades at Hutt-with remaining grant funds.

     

    • Discussion with respect to opportunity to install apartment heating upgrades with remaining SSHP grant funds. Tri-Star Service, Inc. is the existing company who installed a new heat and hot water system for the building at Robert E. Hutt Congregate.We had included apartment heating upgrades as an alternate on bid, until we determined if funds were sufficient to cover the installation of new valves, thermostats, and radiators in all Hutt apartments for the amount of $188,187.56.Tri-Star Service, Inc. is the company who installed the new boilers and hot water heaters for building, and are qualified to complete the apartment improvements.

     

    • Motion made by Commissioner to Approve Signing of contracts with Tri-Star Service, Inc. to install the apartment heating upgrades at Robert E. Hutt Complex for the amount of $188,187.56. Seconded by Commissioner ________________.

     

    1. Camera Proposals for Oak Terrace.

     

    • Review of 3 Camera Proposals received by NHA to install cameras at parking areas of Oak Terrace:

     

    • Motion made by Commissioner ___________________to approve signing of contracts with ________________ in the amount of $__________ to install cameras at the Oak Terrace Complex. Seconded by Commissioner ___________.
