Please be advised that THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY (WPCA) will hold its Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in Naugatuck Town Hall, on the Fourth Floor - The Hall of Burgesses, located on the 4th Floor at 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT. The Town Hall will be open for entrance to the building for Commission Members, applicants and/or members of the public.

    1. Continued commission discussion / decision on Sewer Connection for Lot # 12 (two buildings)- Elm Street Naugatuck Industrial Park Phase III: Water Street Management, LLC.

       

    2. Continued commission discussion / decision on a request for exemption for Union City Little League, concession stand grease trap/inceptor located at 165 Morris Street; Ken Silva, representing UCLL will be present via ZOOM.

       

       

  3. New Business

     

    1. Commission discussion / decision for Project Fusion (Amazon): construction drawings, and notes required before the start of construction as part of the WPCA approval letter dated December 16, 2024 located on Great Hill Road, Sheridan Drive and South Main Street.

       

    2. Commission discussion / decision on a request from Anne Powe, owner of 654 High Street for waiver to have a new septic installed rather than connecting to city sewer, existing septic has failed.
