Naugatuck ZBA Commission Members
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday, June
30, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members and
Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St. The meeting will be
also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend in person.
Meeting Agenda
1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the April 28, 2026 meeting minutes.
3. The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.
6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2075 - Applicant will seek a
variance to Sec. 24.1 Schedule B Sec. 5.1 Front Street Property Line Setback to
construct a front porch for the property located at 88 Morning Dove Rd.,
Applicant: William Verrastro.
6:05 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2076 - Applicant will seek a
variance to Sec. 24.4.2 Projections to construct a metal canopy awning 42 inches
in depth for the property located at 100 Church St., Applicant: Ramonzon Tiepca.
