Naugatuck ZBA Commission Members
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday,
August 25, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members
and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St. The meeting
will be also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend in person.
Meeting Agenda
1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the June 30, 2026 meeting minutes.
3. The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.
6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2077 - Applicant will seek a
variance to Sec. 25.6.5 portable structure to be 10 feet behind rear line of house
and 10 feet off side property line for the property located at 88 Morning Dove Rd,
Applicant: Kenneth Brauer.
