REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

BOROUGH OF NAUGATUCK, CT

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
For the RENOVATION OF THE TUTTLE BUILDING

The Borough of Naugatuck is seeking responses from architectural/engineering firms licensed to do business in the State of Connecticut for professional design services to provide comprehensive design and construction administration services for the renovation of the Tuttle Building which currently houses the Naugatuck Public Schools Board of Education offices.

A detailed request for Qualification package/requirements can be obtained from the Borough of Naugatuck web site http://www.naugatuck-ct.gov

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 10:00 am. All interested firms shall meet at the Tuttle Building, 380 Church Street, Naugatuck at said date and time.

Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Responses received after this date will not be considered. Questions shall be directed to:

The right is reserved by the Borough of Naugatuck to reject any or all submittals, to waive any informalities or defects, and to make such time extensions as may be necessary in order to review submittals that, in the judgment of the Borough of Naugatuck, will be in the Borough’s best interest.
