Fair Rent Commission

The Naugatuck Fair Rent Commission was formed in July 2023, to control and eliminate excessive
rental charges for housing accommodations within the town, and to carry out the purposes,
duties, responsibilities and all provisions of the Connecticut and town ordinances as currently published and as they may be amended.
